Should a guest cancel his reservation or not arrive on the reserved arrival date, the deposit will become non-refundable.   All deposits MUST be paid by credit card before scheduled arrival date. A daily or weekly guest arriving on the reserved arrival date will have his deposit applied towards his rent. Our monthly guests arriving on their scheduled arrival date will have his deposit held until time of departure.  At that time, the deposit will be refunded providing all electricity and rent are paid current and the RV space is left in the condition it was rented, i.e., no trash, pet feces, cigarette butts or no damage to the space. 

Criminal Background Checks

 In order to do our best to ensure our guests are enjoying a safe environment, Country Dream RV Park reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check on all adults 18-years old and older who apply for entrance into the park for our MONTHLY guest stays. If asked, upon application for entrance into the park, prospective guests will need to provide their complete name (first, middle and last), a valid drivers license number (including the state from which the license is issued), and their date of birth. 

PARK POLICIES

Pets:   Of course we know that pets are part of the family. We are a pet friendly park and ask that everyone respect the park policies regarding pets.

1. Guests may have 2 pets, there is a breed restriction on dogs (no aggressive dogs and no Pit Bulls, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, & Doberman).  
2. All pets are required to be under the control of their owner at all times and must be on a leash with the owner at one end of the leash and the pet at the other end. 
3. A pet MAY be tethered up outside of an RV, however, NEVER left unattended. 
4. The use of pet gates/fences IS allowed.
5. No pets are allowed in the restroom, laundry or any other common areas, including comfort dogs. 
6. All pets must be updated on all vaccinations and provide a copy to the office IF asked. 
7. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. 
8. Noisy pets will not be allowed. 

Keep our park clean – pick up after your pet!

Recreation Room:

Hours: Building will be open from 9AM-9PM (managers may extend hours from time to time.)  No un-supervised kids under 16yrs are allowed in the recreation room.

Restroom: We do our best to keep our restroom/shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them by placing all debris in the provided trash containers. 

Laundry: Our laundry is available for our weekly and monthly guests.  Absolutely NO washing of large blankets or pet beds/blankets. Do not overfill the washing machine.  If the machine gives a code, please come to manager to reset. Please keep our facility clean and report any problem immediately. Absolutely NO smoking in our facility.

Quiet hours:  Monday-Thursday 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and may be extended occasionally by managers. This does not mean that you cannot enjoy being outside of your RV, but please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
Site Occupancy:  We try not to limit our RV'ers as we know many of us do travel with our kids/grandchildren.  Rates include 4 people per site, $5/person (16yrs+) over 4 people. Max 6 people per site, 2 vehicles per site.  

Site Cleanliness:  Please keep your site free of debris, cigarette butts and clutter.
Noise:  Loud obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or inconvenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.
Violence: and/or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.
No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon is not allowed.
​Drugs: The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited.
Hazardous Materials: The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.

Parking: We have more than ample parking, but we do ask that you park in only the areas that we designate . We have extra parking for your boat or utility/cargo trailer.
Repairs:  Major vehicle repairs will NOT be permitted on the premises. However, we realize emergencies arise and some repairs may be allowed with management permission.
Trees:  Cutting of trees is prohibited. There will be some wood available for our guests.
Campfires:  Campfires only when burn ban is lifted and then only in designated area/areas.
 Washing of campers or vehicles: on premises is allowed if a bucket and hose with sprayer is used.
Do not let water run unnecessarily.
Septic:  A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.

We at Country Dream RV Park hate to set rules, so please enjoy RVing and be respectful of your neighbors and abide by the park policies.

   This is a private park, those who do not follow park policies will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

Country Dream RV Park will NOT be held responsible for any damage to RV's due to inclement weather, tree branches; water or electric.  We will also not be responsible for your children or pet's being left unsupervised at or near the pond or any part of the property or facility. 

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone
